Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe von Betriebs- und Unterstützungsleistungen für die Oracle Database Appliance (ODA)- Infrastruktur der Knappschaft Kliniken Solution GmbH Die Leistung umfasst die Betriebsunterstützung, Administration, Überwachung sowie den technischen Support der bestehenden Oracle Database Appliance-Umgebung einschließlich der darauf betriebenen Oracle Enterprise Edition-Datenbanken sowie der zugehörigen Oracle-Infrastrukturkomponenten. Die Leistungserbringung erfolgt auf der Infrastruktur des Auftraggebers. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die in der Leistungsbeschreibung definierten Betriebs- und Unterstützungsleistungen. Eine Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für die IT-Infrastruktur des Auftraggebers ist nicht Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens.
