Beschafft wird ein Servicepartner für Tätigkeiten des IT-Service-Desks.Der IT-Service-Desk ist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für alle IT-Störungen und IT-Anfragen der hessischen Landesverwaltung.Er bietet 1st-Leveltätigkeiten für Kunden-Services an. Es wird ein Servicepartner für die Tätigkeiten des IT-Service-Desks beschafft. Der IT-Service Desk ist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für alle IT-Störungen / IT Anfragen der hessischen Landesverwaltung und steht den Anwendern 24/7 zur Verfügung. Hinzu kommt die Systemüberwachung von Verfahren und IT-Infrastrukturen der hessischen Landesverwaltung. Zur Serviceerbringung werden folgende Agententypen eingesetzt: •Junior-Agent: Allgemeine Bearbeitung von Anfragen (Telefon, E-Mail, Tickets), keine IT-Ausbildung erforderlich. •Senior-Agent: IT-Fachkraft mit erweiterten Aufgaben, z. B. Wissensdatenbankpflege, Erstlösungen, Rufbereitschaft. Umfang: 24/7-Service-Hotlines: min. 2 Junior-Agenten sowie 6 Senior-Agenten und max. 4 Junior-Agenten sowie 7 Senior-Agenten Standard-Service-Hotlines: min. 2 Junior-Agenten gleichzeitig pro Schicht und max. 3 Junior-Agenten gleichzeitig pro Schicht; Kunden-Service-Hotlines: min. 2 Junior-Agenten sowie 2 Senior-Agenten gleichzeitig pro Schicht und max. 3 Junior-Agenten sowie 4 Senior-Agenten gleichzeitig pro Schicht.
