Beschaffungsgegenstand ist eine bereits im Einsatz befindliche und auf die Anforderungen des Auftraggebers konfigurierte Software zur Abbildung der Hochschulstruktur. In der Software werden wesentliche Bereiche der Hochschulorganisation verwaltet und unterschiedliche Prozesse abgebildet und in Gang gesetzt. Es handelt sich nicht um ein Standardprodukt, sondern um eine Individualsoftware, die auf die spezifischen Bedürfnisse der Hochschule zugeschnitten wurde. Es sind umfangreiche Entwicklungs- und Anpassungsleistungen vorgenommen worden. Beschaffungsgegenstand sind neben der Software insbesondere verschiedenartige Dienstleistungen (Wartung, Pflege, Entwicklungs- und Anpassungsleistungen). Es handelt sich nicht um ein Standardsoftwareprodukt, sondern um eine Individualsoftware, die auf die spezifischen Anforderungen des Auftraggebers zugeschnitten wurde. Es sind umfangreiche Entwicklungs- und Anpassungsleistungen vorgenommen worden.
