Bereitstellung und Betrieb eines cloudbasierten managed service für die Stadt Ravensburg Mit diesem EU-weiten Vergabeverfahren wird beabsichtigt, die Bereitstellung und Be-trieb eines SOC in Form eines cloudbasierten managed service für die Stadt Ravens-burg gegen monatliches Entgelt zu beschaffen. Wesentliche zu erbringende Leistungen sind: Bereitstellung eines Teams und speziellen Systemen, die kontinuierlich die IT-Sicherheitslage der Stadtverwaltung Ravensburg überwachen; das Erkennen von und die Alarmierung bei erkannten Sicherheitsvorfällen; die frühzeitige Einleitung von Sicherheits- und Gegenmaßnahmen; die Bereitstellung von Sicherheitsexperten; die Erbringung von SOC-Leistungen für eine Laufzeit von mindestens 5, optional bis zu 7 Jahren. Eine detaillierte Leistungsbeschreibung wird zusammen mit dem Teilnahmewettbewerb veröffentlicht, muss jedoch erst in der zweiten Phase der Ausschreibung (Leistungswettbewerb) von den entsprechend geeigneten Bewerbern bearbeitet werden.
