In Los 1 „Programmsteuerung“ wird ein Rahmenvertrag für die umfassende Unterstützung der Programmleitung und programmweiten Stabsstellen des Transformationsprogramms auf SAP-S/4HANA S4BSR vergeben. Der Auftrag umfasst strategische und operative Programmsteuerung inkl. PMO, Changemanagement, Architektur- und Integrationsberatung, Testmanagement sowie Schulung.; Los 2 „Projekt KAP&LOG - übergreifende Projektsteuerung“ umfasst einen Rahmenvertrag zur operativen Gesamtprojektleitung, PMO-Unterstützung und zum Integrationsmanagement für das zentrale, besonders komplexe S/4HANA-Projekt KAP&LOG im Programm S4BSR. Gegenstand sind die koordinierte Steuerung von Projekt, Testmanagement, Datenanalyse und -migration (inkl. NDCS), sowie IT- und Architekturgovernance.; Los 3 „Projekt KAP&LOG - KAP-Scope“ umfasst einen Rahmenvertrag für die fachliche und technische Transformation der kaufmännischen und administrativen Prozesse (Record-to-Report, Purchase-to-Pay, Construct-to-Asset, Order-to-Cash sowie Treasury & Risk Management) von SAP ECC 6.0 nach SAP S/4HANA im Projekt KAP&LOG des Programms S4BSR.; Los 4 „Projekt KAP&LOG - LOG-Scope“ umfasst einen Rahmenvertrag für die fachliche und techni-sche Transformation der logistischen Kernprozesse der BSR (insb. Plan Logistics to Collected Was-te, Collected Waste to Recovered Material inklusive Stoffstrom- und Nachweismanagement) von der bestehenden Systemlandschaft nach SAP S/4HANA.; Los 5 „Projekt SAP Analytics“ umfasst die konzeptionelle und technische Ablösung des bestehen-den SAP BW on HANA durch eine neue SAP-Analytics-Landschaft auf Basis von SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud und S/4HANA Embedded Analytics sowie die Digitalisierung der CO-Planungsprozesse.; Los 6 „Projekt SAP Berechtigungen“ umfasst die Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung eines einheitlichen, rollenbasierten und revisionssicheren Berechtigungs- und Governance-Modells für die künftige SAP-Systemlandschaft der BSR (u.a.
