MARKTERKUNDUNG IST BEENDET !!!!!! Markerkundung: Baumanagementsoftware für die öffentliche Verwaltung im Staatlichen Hochbau und Bundesbau 1. Ziel der Markterkundung: Im Rahmen der Modernisierung unserer baufachlichen IT-Infrastruktur führen wir eine Markterkundung durch. Ziel ist es, mögliche Lösungen zu identifizieren, die eine benutzerfreundliche und sichere Begleitung der landes- und bundesspezifischen Anforderungen an die kameralistische und baufachliche IT-gestützte Bearbeitung des Landes- und Bundesbauprogrammes für das Land Sachsen-Anhalt bieten. Die Baumanagementsoftware soll die einheitliche, effiziente Bearbeitung aller dafür notwendigen Vorgänge sicherstellen und eine vollständige Übernahme der nach der Landesnorm für Sachsen-Anhalt im Landes- und Bundesbau entsprechenden Geschäftsprozesse inkl. Schnittstellen, das spezifischen Berichtswesen abbilden. Die Lösungsansätze müssen nahtlos in die bestehende IT-Landschaft inkl. der Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Dienstleister Dataport AöR und dessen Anforderungen integrierbar sein, sowie den Anforderungen an Datenschutz und IT-Sicherheit im KRITIS-Sektor entsprechen. Diese Markterkundung dient ausschließlich der Informationsgewinnung und läuft bis zum 17.03.2026. 2. Zielgruppe: Die Markterkundung richtet sich an Anbieter, die Erfahrungen in der Erstellung einer landesspezifischen Baumanagementsoftware für den Staatlichen Landesbau und Bun-desbau im Rahmen der Organleihe inkl. der gelten Regularien und Normen des Landes und des Bundes sowie deren nahtlose Integration in bestehende hybride und komplexe IT-Systemlandschaften im KRITIS-Umfeld haben.
