Description

Mit den Drucksachen 22/17395 und 22/17919 hat die Bürgerschaft die Einführung eines Hamburgischen Lobbyregisters auf den Weg gebracht. Ziel des Hamburgischen Lobbyregisters ist es, auf Landesebene Transparenz über die Ausübung von Interessenvertretung gegenüber Bürgerschaft und Senat zu schaffen und damit das Vertrauen der Öffentlichkeit in politische Entscheidungsprozesse weiter zu stärken, so wie es auch der Deutsche Bundestag mit seinem Bundeslobbyregister anstrebt. Die Bürgerschaftskanzlei der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg ist verpflichtet, bis zum 01.09.2027 ein solches Lobbyregister einzuführen und in der Bürgerschaftskanzlei zu führen. Genauere Angaben sind den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen. Ein Anforderungskatalog wird in der Angebotsphase zur Verfügung gestellt. Siehe auch Drucksachen 22/17395 und 22/17919.
