Die Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH (HMC) sucht einen erfahrenen Dienstleistungspartner zur Weiterentwicklung, Implementierung und Unterstützung ihrer Analytics- und Business-Intelligence-Plattform auf Basis des bei der HMC bereits genutzten Microsoft Technology Stacks. Ziel ist die schrittweise Etablierung einer modernen, skalierbaren und integrierten Daten- und Reportinglandschaft, die datengetriebene Entscheidungen unterstützt, manuelle Prozesse reduziert und eine einheitliche Datengrundlage für Fachbereiche und Management schafft. Der Auftragnehmer soll die HMC sowohl strategisch als auch operativ bei der Weiterentwicklung der Daten- und Analytics-Landschaft begleiten und dabei Beratung, Entwicklung, Support sowie Wissenstransfer aus einer Hand leisten. Wesentliche Leistungsinhalte: Der Auftragnehmer unterstützt die HMC bei der Konzeption, Entwicklung, Migration und Optimierung von Daten- und Analytics-Lösungen. Hierzu gehören insbesondere: - Integration, Transformation und Aufbereitung von Daten aus unterschiedlichen Fachsystemen - Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Datenpipelines, Datenmodellen sowie Data-Warehouse-, Lakehouse- und Cloud-Storage-Strukturen - Entwicklung und Optimierung von Dashboards, Reports und Echtzeit-Reporting-Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft Power BI und Microsoft Fabric - Nutzerzentrierte Datenvisualisierung nach den Prinzipien der International Business Communication Standards (IBCS) - Beratung zu Datenarchitektur, Governance, Reporting-Standards und Analytics-Strategie - Sicherstellung von Datenqualität, Datensicherheit und Compliance-Anforderungen - Durchführung von Test-, Qualitäts- und Change-Management-Maßnahmen - Fehleranalyse, Incident Management sowie Unterstützung im laufenden Betrieb - Schulung und Befähigung der Fachbereiche sowie Durchführung eines strukturierten Wissenstransfers.
