"Agenturleistung Intranet" Das Institut für Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit im Gesundheitswesen (IQWiG) sucht einen Dienstleister, der die Konzeption, technische Umsetzung und nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung eines modernen, bedarfsgerechten Intranets auf Basis von SharePoint Online berät und umsetzt. Das Intranet wird als institutsinterne Plattform für Informationsaustausch, Wissensmanagement sowie das elektronische Beschaffungswesen betrieben. Es unterstützt als Werkzeug die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter bei der täglichen Arbeit: Es stellt Informationen zu internen Prozessen, Abläufen, Terminen und Ansprechpartnern, Verweise auf weiterführende Arbeitswerkzeuge, den elektronischen Beschaffungsantrag (eBA) und das institutsinterne Qualitätssicherungssystem (BISAM) sowie das Organisationshandbuch (OHB) bereit. Maßgeblich werden Dateiformate aus den Applikationen MS Office und Adobe Acrobat genutzt. Ziel des Projekts ist die Konzeption, technische Umsetzung und nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung eines modernen, bedarfsgerechten Intranets auf Basis von SharePoint Online. Mit diesem Vergabeverfahren werden die zukünftigen Agenturleistungen für maximal vier Jahre nach Going Live ausgeschrieben. Es wird ein/e Dienstleister*in gesucht, der/die die Konzeption, technische Umsetzung und nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung eines modernen, bedarfsgerechten Intranets auf Basis von SharePoint Online berät und umsetzt. Der Betriebs-support nach dem Launch soll für zwei Jahre mit der einmaligen Möglichkeit der optionalen Verlängerung um maximal ein weiteres Jahr, d.h. für einen maximalen Zeitraum von drei Jahren, beauftragt werden. Der Support, das Change-Management und die Wartung sollen nach Going Live für zwei Jahre, mit der einmaligen Möglichkeit der optionalen Verlängerung um zwei weitere Jahre, d.h. für einen maximalen Zeitraum von vier Jahren, beauftragt werden.
