Description

Ein Branchendialog und eine Markterkundung hat / haben ergeben, dass in der Gebietskörperschaft derzeit keine leistungsfähige Gigabitinfrastruktur mit einem Angebot entsprechender Telekommunikationsdienste flächendeckend gemäß den Zielen der Gigabit-Rahmenregelung 2.0 verfügbar ist und in den nächsten Jahren verfügbar sein wird. Die Gebietskörperschaft hat daher Fördermittel für einen flächendeckenden Gigabitausbau im Wirtschaftlichkeitslückenmodell im Rahmen der Richtlinie "Förderung zur Unterstützung des Gigabitausbaus der Telekommunikationsnetze in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland - Gigabit-Richtlinie des Bundes 2.0 (Gigabit-RL 2.0)" vom 31. März 2023 in der Fassung der 1. Änderung vom 30.04.2024 ("Gigabit-Richtlinie 2.0") beantragt und den Bescheid über die abschließende Höhe der Zuwendung erhalten. Die in diesem Förderprogramm im Wirtschaftlichkeitslückenmodell bereitgestellten Fördermittel (im Folgenden: Mittel) sollen durch Gebietskörperschaften an Telekommunikationsunternehmen im EU-beihilfenrechtlichen Sinne als Investitionskostenbeihilfe für den Bau und Betrieb von Gigabitnetzen weitergeleitet werden. Gleiches gilt für die Kofinanzierung nach der Richtlinie des Freistaates Bayern durch das Land Bayern. Brunnen ist eine Gemeinde im oberbayerischen Landkreis Neuburg-Schrobenhausen und Mitglied der Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Schrobenhausen mit nachfolgenden Eckdaten: 1. Einwohner/innen 1.816 * Stand: 30.06.2025 2. Gesamtfläche ca. 32,14 km² * Stand: 01.01.2024 3. Bevölkerungsdichte in Einwohner je km² 57 je km² ** Stand: 30.06.2025 4. Wohngebäude 609 * Stand: 31.12.2024 5. Wohnungen 716 * Stand: 31.12.2024 [* Angaben basieren auf den Angaben des Bayerischen Landesamtes für Statistik ** rechnerisch ermittelter Wert aus zuvor genannten Angaben.] In der über das Förderportal des Projektträgers bereitgestellten Adressliste ist für das gesamte Projektgebiet eine Anzahl von 37 Unternehmen und 12 landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben genannt. Die zuvor gemachten Angaben entbinden den Bieter nicht, ergänzend eigene Recherchen zur Begründung seines Angebots vorzunehmen.
