Description

Am IMWS wird eine Mühle zur Herstellung von Glas-, Glaskeramik- und Keramikpulvern benötigt. Hierfür soll eine Planetenkugelmühle mit ZrO2 Mahlbechern und Kugeln beschafft werden. Mit dieser soll durch Nassmahlen Pulver mit einer Korngröße im einstelligen Mikrometerbereich und kleiner erzeugt werden. Die Mühle soll größentechnisch an die Gegebenheiten am IMWS angepasst sein (Flächenbedarf max. 1 m²) und zeitgleich die Verarbeitung einer möglichst großen Menge an Pulvern erlauben. Hierfür soll die Mühle über vier Mahlbecher mit einer Größe von jeweils min. 500 ml verfügen.
