Description

Das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude Haus 3 (Baujahr 1912, Bruttogrundfläche ca. 12.000 m², BRI ca. 43.900 m³), welches bis vor Kurzem durchgehend als Bettenhaus genutzt wurde, wird in 75 Wohnungen für Pflegekräfte der Münchenstift GmbH und der München Klinik gGmbH umgebaut. Das Gebäude hat ein UG, ein EG, drei OGs und ein DG. Der westliche, eingeschoßige Anbau (Haus 3b) und der östliche, zweigeschossige Verbindungsbau (Haus 3a) wurden nachträglich errichtet (Bauzeit ca. 1961 - 1967) und sind nicht Bestandteil des Denkmalschutzes. Gegenstand dieses Auftrags sind die Wärmeversorgungsanlagen. Nähere Angaben siehe Ziffer 5.1. Ergänzung zu Ziffer 2.1, ca.-Mengen: 1 St. Fernwärmeübergabestation nach Standard der SWM mit ca. 500kW und Regelung bis Puffer und 2 Heizkreisen; 1 St. Kombinierter Vor- und Rücklaufverteiler bis 30 m³/h; 220 St. Armaturen DN 15-100; 8.790 m Rohrleitung aus Edelstahlrohr DN 14-100; 1m schwarzes Stahlrohr DN 15-100; 365 St. Kompaktheizkörper mit Ventilen; 240 St. Gliederheizkörper mit Ventilen; 2 St. Pumpen; 1 St. Druckhaltestation mit Entgasung und automatischer Nachspeisung; 2 St. Wärmemengenzähler; 2930 m Dämmung und Rohrleitungen und Formstücke mit Mineralwolle alukaschiert DN 15-100 im Bereich Vorwände; 1 St. Prov. Beheizung des Gebäudes zur Temperierung des Gebäudes mit Betreuung der Anlage; 146 St. Kernbohrungen DN 50-200 inkl. Entsorgung der Bohrkerne; 1 St. Splitgerät bestehend aus Innen- und Außeneinheit 3 kW; 1 St. Dokumentation; 1 St. Bestandsdokumentation.Bestandteil der Ausschreibung ist außerdem ein Instandhaltungsvertrag (Inspektion und Wartung), der für die Dauer von 4 Jahren nach erfolgter Abnahme der errichteten Anlage geschlossen werden soll.
