Hausanschlußraum Erneuerung Wärmeversorgung Die Maßnahme beinhaltet die Errichtung eines neuen Hausanschlussraumes Heizung sowie den Umschluss der vorhandenen Gebäudeversorgung im Bestand im Flügel A des Barkhausen-Baus der TU Dresden an der Helmholtzstr. 18. Übersicht zu erbringender Leistungen: - Installation von Grundleitungen und Bodenabläufen - Errichtung einer Fernwärmeübergabestation mit 2.000 kW Anschlussleistung - Installation eines flächigen Deckentragsystems zur Befestigung von Rohrleitungen - Montage eines Heizungsverteilers mit 7 Heizkreisen -Aufstellung und Anschluss einer Pumpendruckhaltung und automatischen Nachspeisung/Entgasung - Umschluss der Gebäudewärmeversorgung von der vorhandenen WÜST auf die neue Anlage -Inbetriebnahme, Einregulierung der o.g. Anlage
