This tender covers the construction of a new ventilation and climate system in Germany. The scope includes 10 ventilation units (6 with dehumidification cooling recovery and hydraulic modules), 2 24h exhaust air systems, a 750 kW district heating transfer station, a 1200 kW district cooling transfer station, 4 buffer tanks of 4000 litres each, 3 heat pumps of 80 kW each, plate heat exchangers with well water, expansion vessels, 23 pumps, 121 radiators, 2500 m2 of heating and cooling sails, 1900 m2 of underfloor heating, steel and stainless steel piping, winter construction heating, a laboratory process cooling water system with UV disinfection, 59 recirculation coolers and a 40 kW server cooling system.
