SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Am Standort Hebebrandstr. 1 ist die Neugründung einer 6-zügigen Campusschule geplant. Die Neugründung des Schulstandortes erfordert die Errichtung einer Dreifeldsporthalle. Diese soll auf dem zukünftig entstehenden Baufeld des abzureißenden Gebäudes 05 entstehen. Die Sporthalle wird als Versammlungsstätte geplant und muss den Anforderungen des Denkmalschutzes entsprechen. --------------- Hier: Trennvorhang --------------- Bei der Sporthalle handelt es sich um eine Dreifeld-Halle mit Schul- und Vereinsnutzung, inkl. Nebenräume. Der Sporthallenbau ist zweigeschossig ausgebildet und erhält eine Tribüne die über zwei Treppen zu erreichen ist. Neben der Haupterschließung der Halle über Eingänge von außen ist der Neubau mittels eines geschlossenen Brückenbauwerks vom Bestandsbau aus zugänglich. Die Sporthalle ist als Versammlungsstätte deklariert. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung und fachgerechte Montage eines Trennvorhangsystems sowie eines Ballfangnetztes.
