Description

Gebäudeautomation GLT 70-00001-2880-75 * Termine zur Durchführung der Hauptleistung auf der Baustelle: Leistungsbeginn 20.11.2026; Leistungsende 08.12.2027 * Beschreibung der Beschaffung: Für den Erweiterungsbau Haus J-K des Fraunhofer-Instituts in Kaiserslautern wird die Gebäudeautomation (GA) ausgeschrieben. Das Projekt umfasst ein sechsgeschossiges Büro- und Forschungsgebäude mit mehreren Technikzentralen, drei raumlufttechnischen Anlagen, Kälte- und Wärmeerzeugung sowie umfangreicher Raumautomation für ca. 150 Räume. Die Gebäudeautomation beinhaltet die vollständige Erfassung, Steuerung, Regelung und Optimierung sämtlicher gebäudetechnischer Anlagen sowie die Integration in ein bestehendes BACnet-basiertes Managementsystem. Die Anlagenautomation ist in insgesamt 10 Informationsschwerpunkte (ISP01-ISP11, ohne ISP03) gegliedert, die mit frei programmierbaren Automationsstationen (BACnet/IP) ausgestattet werden. Neben der zentralen Anlagenautomation umfasst das Projekt eine umfangreiche Raumautomation mit dezentralen Controllern zur Regelung von Heiz-/Kühlsystemen, Luftmengen, Sonnenschutz sowie zur Einbindung von Präsenzmeldern und Raumbediengeräten. In Summe ist von ca. 6000 Datenpunkten auszugehen, die über physikalische Ein-/Ausgänge sowie Subbussysteme erfasst und über BACnet/IP an die Managementebene übertragen werden. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst neben Lieferung und Montage der Feldgeräte, Automationsstationen und Schaltanlagen auch die vollständige Engineering-Leistung, Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme, Dokumentation sowie die Integration in die vorhandene Gebäudeleittechnik.
