Description

Auf dem Grundstück der Baumaßnahme soll der Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses errichtet werden. Die auf dem Baufeld vorhandenen Gebäude wurden anteilig abgerissen oder in ihrer Nutzung angepasst. Die Gebäude- und Anlagenautomation soll vollständig nach den aktuellen Vorgaben des Pflichtenheftes durchgeführt werden. Alle Schaltschränke werden mit einer lokalen Vorrang-Bedien- und Anzeigeeinrichtung (LVB) in der Schaltschranktür und einem Bediendisplay, über welches u.a. die Soll- und Ist-Zustände der Anlage angezeigt werden, ausgestattet.Die fachspezifische MSR-Verkabelung mit den zugehörigen Verlegesystemen zu den einzelnen Feldgeräten ist Bestandteil dieser Kostengruppe. Innerhalb der Technikzentralen werden Leitungen auf MSR-eigenen Verlegesystemen verlegt, während außerhalb der Technikzentrale zum Teil auch die Verlegesysteme des Gewerkes Elektrotechnik möglichst mit genutzt werden sollen. Eine Aufschaltung der Gebäude- und Anlagenautomation auf eine gewerkeübergreifende Management- und Bedienebene bzw. Gebäudeleittechnik wird mitberücksichtigt. Das Auftragsvolumen umfasst die gesamthaften Arbeiten in Bezug auf die geplante Gebäudeautomation für das neue Feuerwehrhaus in Sehnde. Insgesamt sind u. a. folgende Leistungen in der Ausschreibung enthalten: - Aufschaltung der Gebäudeleittechnik - MSR Automation - Zweckgebundene Elt-Installation - Liefern und Installation Feldgeräte
