Gas-, Wasser- und Entwässerungsanlagen /2 Das Los 1 umfasst Gas-, Wasser- und Entwässerungsanlagen nach näherer Maßgabe des Leistungsverzeichnisses innerhalb des Bezirkes Wetzlar Nord. Im Bedarfsfall (z.B. besonderer Termindruck oder ähnliches) sind auch Einzelaufträge in den anderen Regionalbezirken des Lahn-Dill-Kreises auszuführen. Weiterhin können während der Vertragslaufzeit einzelne Liegenschaften hinzukommen oder wegfallen. Es besteht daher für den einzelnen Auftragnehmer kein Anspruch auf sämtliche Einzelaufträge seiner Gewerke innerhalb des Regionalbezirkes.
