Description

Neubau des Leibniz-Institut für Länderkunde auf dem Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz im Stadtzentrum von Leipzig. Ausgeschrieben sind die sanitärtechnischen Anlagen und die nicht-selbstständigen Feuerlöschanlagen. Das Bauvorhaben ist Teil der Neugestaltung des Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platzes im Stadtzentrum von Leipzig. Nach vorgelagertem Architekturwettbewerb entsteht ein neues Institutsgebäude für das Leibniz-Institut für Länderkunde Leipzig, bestehend aus Tiefgarage, Erd- und Zwischengeschoss sowie sechs Obergeschossen. Das nachhaltige Gebäude verfügt zudem über ein Gründach, ein mehrgeschossiges Atrium und eine Geothermieanlage. Ausgeschrieben sind die sanitärtechnischen Anlagen und nicht-selbstständigen Feuerlöschanlagen.
