Description

VP10-WP21.2: Anbindung Siemens, Cottbuser Straße Bauleistungen Tiefbauarbeiten Rohrleitungsbau In den Grenzstädten Görlitz (Deutschland) und Zgorzelec (Polen) betreiben die zwei lokalen Energieversorger Fernwärmenetze auf Basis fossiler Brennstoffe (Gas und Kohle). Die Stadtwerke Görlitz (SWG) betreibt auf deutscher Seite vier Fernwärmenetze mit einer jährlichen Wärmeleistung von ca. 93,2 GWh für 400 Wärmeübergabestationen, was zu rund 28.900 Tonnen CO2-Emisionen pro Jahr führt. SEC ZGORZELEC SPOLKA Z OGRANICZONA ODPOWIEDZIALNOSCIA (SECZ) betreibt auf polnischer Seite ein Fernwärmenetz mit einer jährlichen Wärmeleistung von ca. 62,2 GWh für 250 Wärmeübergabestationen, was zu etwa 19.100 CO2-Emissionen pro Jahr führt. Das Projekt "United Heat" zielt darauf ab, die Wärmeversorgung in beiden Nachbarstädten zu dekarbonisieren, indem die Wärmeerzeugung auf er-neuerbare Energiequellen umgestellt und bis 2028 alle Fernwärmeversorgungsgebiete verbunden und durch eine grenzüberschreitende Verbin-dung zusammengeführt werden. Im Rahmen eines Offenen Verfahrens (einstufig) sollen Unternehmerleistungen für die Bauausführung vergeben werden.
