Description

Der Neubau des Rebstockbades in Frankfurt am Main ist das wichtigste Schwimmbadprojekt im Rahmen des Bäderkonzeptes Frankfurt 2025 und hat, neben seiner Funktion zur regionalen Versorgung der Stadt Frankfurt am Main, eine überregionale Strahlkraft in das Rhein-Main-Gebiet zum Ziel. Das Rebstockbad soll ein Vorzeigeprojekt in der Bäderlandschaft werden. Die weit gefächerten Bedürfnisse bei einem Badbesuch von sportlichen Aspekten über eine Möglichkeit zur Freizeitgestaltung mit Familie und Freunden bis hin zu gesundheits- und wellnessorientierten Angeboten - sollen sich im Profil des neuen Rebstockbades widerspiegeln. Über die Außenwirkung des Gebäudes hinaus ist vor allem die Attraktivität des Bades für die zukünftigen Nutzer vorrangiges Projektziel. Weitere zentrale Projektziele sind der energie- und ressourcenschonende, ökologische sowie ökonomische Bau- und Betriebsweise des Rebstockbades. Dies soll durch eine effiziente, dauerhafte, nachhaltige, wartungsarme und pflegeleichte Konstruktion sichergestellt werden. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die VE 300.112 Fluchttreppe Rutschenturm, bestehend aus einer außenliegenden Stahl- und Metallbaukonstruktion für den Rutschenturm BT-A einschließlich Geländern, Blechkassettenverkleidung, Gitterroststufen, Podesten, Verbindungsmitteln, Werk- und Montageplanung, prüffähiger Statik, Montage und Dokumentation. Leistungsumfang insbesondere: Stahltragwerk mit Treppenläufen, Podesten, Konsolen und Anschlusskonstruktionen; Geländer mit Rundrohrpfosten, Rundrohrhandläufen und Wellgitter-Ausfachung; außenseitige Blechkassettenverkleidung aus 3 mm gekanteten Blechkassetten, RAL 1035; Gitterroststufen und Gitterrostpodeste, barfußgeeignet, Stahl feuerverzinkt; Verbindungsmittel; Werk- und Montageplanung; prüffähige Statik; Nachweise; Dokumentation. Ausführung einschließlich Baustelleneinrichtung, Kran-/Hebeleistungen, Korrosionsschutz und Montagekoordination mit dem Fassadenbauer
