Description

Neubau Leibniz-Institut für Länderkunde auf dem Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz in Leipzig. Ausgeschrieben sind die lüftungstechnischen Anlagen. Das Bauvorhaben ist Teil der Neugestaltung des Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platzes im Stadtzentrum von Leipzig. Nach vorgelagertem Architekturwettbewerb entsteht ein neues Institutsgebäude für das Leibniz-Institut für Länderkunde Leipzig, bestehend aus Tiefgarage, Erd- und Zwischengeschoss sowie sechs Obergeschossen. Das nachhaltige Gebäude verfügt zudem über ein Gründach, ein mehrgeschossiges Atrium und eine Geothermieanlage. Ausgeschrieben sind die lüftungstechnischen Anlagen: - 1 St RLT-Gerät ca. 1.040 m³/h Archive/Magazine - 1 St RLT-Gerät ca. 9.000 m³/h Veranstaltungssaal - 1 St RLT-Gerät ca. 2.250 m³/h WC-Bereiche - 4 St Jet-Ventilatoren Tiefgaragenlüftung/-entrauchung - 5 St Rohrventilatoren ca. 20 - 100 m³/h - ca. 2.630 m² Rechteckkanal, einschl. Formstücke aus Stahl verzinkt, inkl. notwendiger Dämmungen - ca. 1.150 lfdm Wickelfalzrohr von d=100 mm bis d=280 mm, einschl. Formstücke - 113 St. Motorische Brandschutzklappen - 1 St. Quelldurchlass, 16 St. Schlitzauslässe, 94 St. Lüftungsventile, 47 St. Rohreinbaugitter, 7 St. Lüftungsgitter - 1 St. VRV-Anlage 2,5 kW, inkl. Verrohrung und Zubehör - 1 St. VRV-Anlage 3,5 kW, inkl. Verrohrung und Zubehör - 1 St. VRV-Anlage 9 kW, inkl. Verrohrung und Zubehör - 1 St. VRV-Anlage 12 kW, inkl. Verrohrung und Zubehör
