Garagen - Lüftungssteuerung - 1 Wärmepumpe mit 3 Wand-Klimageräten und 1 Decken-Klimagerät inkl. Verrohrungen - ca. 100 m² Küchendecke (Aktiv- 7Passivfelder) inkl. Beleuchtung - ca. 580 St. Drallauslässe, Tellerventile, Luftauslässe - ca. 550 St. Volumenstromregler (konstant und variabel) - ca. 220 St. Brandschutzklappen mit Motorantrieben - ca. 10.000 m² Kanäle und Formstücke - ca. 3.200 m Rohre und Formteile - ca. 400 m² Wärmedämmung (teilweise mit Blechmantel) - ca. 500 m² Kältedämmung (teilweise mit Blechmantel) - 6 St. Außenluft- und Fortlufttürme (V= ca. 35.000 m³/h) Führungspersonal: Für die gesamte Ausführungszeit sind mindestens 3 qualifizierte, deutschsprachige Führungskräfte (Meister / Obermonteure) als feste Ansprechpartner für die Bauleitung einzusetzen. Ein personeller Wechsel ist nur aus wichtigem Grund und gegen Benennung einer gleichwertig qualifizierten Ersatzperson zulässig. Parallelmontage: Der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet sich, die Arbeiten personell und logistisch so zu organisieren, dass ein gleichzeitiger, vollumfänglicher Einsatz an mindestens 3 separaten Montagebereichen im Gebäude jederzeit gewährleistet ist.
