Verunreinigte Böden sind nicht vorhanden. Das Grundstück befindet sich im Besitz des DRK, die Baugenehmigung für den geplanten Neubau ist erteilt. Das Grundstück ist nach Süden in Richtung Oberreichenbach abfallend und muss entsprechend mit geeignetem Auffüllmaterial auf die geforderte Höhe aufgefüllt werden. Tellerventile Zu- und Abluft ca. 43 Stk. Volumenstromregler / -begrenzer bis DN 200 ca. 57 Stk. Wärmedämmung aus Elastomerschaum für rechteckige Luftleitungen ca. 41 m² Wärmedämmung aus Mineralwolle für runde Luftleitungen ca. 22 mm
