Description

Der Main-Taunus-Kreis beabsichtigt einen Neubau als Mensa- und Betreuungseinrichtung der Marxheimer Grundschule zu errichten. Der gesamte Neubau orientiert sich an den vormaligen Bestandshöhen und Kubaturen und fügt sich in den Dorf-Charakter, der umliegenden historischen Umgebung der Marxheimer Altstadt ein. Die vier neuen Satteldachgebäude werden mit einem eingeschossigen Flachdachgebäude als Erdgeschoss und mit einem Untergeschoss und Tiefhöfen miteinander verbunden. Der Neubau wird in Hybridbauweise aus Massiv- und Holzbauteilen erstellt. Gebäudeklasse: 3 (Sonderbau). Geschosse: 1,5 Vollgeschosse, unterkellert. Bauweise: Stahlbeton, KS- Mauerwerk und Holzrahmenbau. Abmessung B x L x H: 25,36 m x 35,74 m x 9,12 m (Firsthöhe). - 1 Zentrallüftungsgerät ca. 3.000 m³/h, für die Betreuungsräume und die Mensa - 1 Zentrallüftungsgerät ca. 1.300 m³/h, für die die Betreuungsräume und die Nebenräume (WC´s, Putzräume, etc.) - 1 Zentrallüftungsgerät 1.500 m³/h, , für die die Betreuungsräume und die Nebenräume (WC´s, Putzräume, etc.) - 1 Zentrallüftungsgerät 3.300 m³/h, für die Küche - ca. 75 Luftauslässe NW100 bis NW125 (Tellerventile) - ca. 25Drallauslässe NW 400-625 - ca. 10 Wetterschutzgitter rund und eckig - ca. 3 Ablufthauben Küche und Spülküche (Comidämpfer etc.) - ca. 50 Volumenstromregler NW100 bis NW160 mit Schalldämpfer () - ca. 35 Kulissenschalldämper - ca. 260 m² Lüftungskanäle - ca. 450 lfdm. Wickelfalzrohr mit Dämmung NW100 bis NW250 - ca. 50 Brandschutzklappen incl. Vermörtelung - ca. 15 qm Brandschutzverkleidung F90 - ca. 40 St. Verschließen von Durchbrüchen mit Luftkanalbelegung - ca. 1 Split-Klimageräte, Kälteleistung 5 kW, incl. Verrohrung und Dämmung - 1 Wartung, der vor beschriebenen technischen Anlagen über die Dauer von 4 Jahren
