Description
Das Schulgebäude ist ein zweistöckiger Holzbau mit Flachdach ohne Unterkellerung. Bruttofläche EG ca. 3.650 m² / OG ca. 1.400 m². Anschluss an städtisches FW-Netz, ca. 2.800 m Rohrleitungen, 11 Regelkreise, ca. 150 Einbauteile, ca. 110 statische Heizflächen, 12 Deckenstrahlplatten. Das zu erstellende Gebäude wird nach Maßgabe des Zertifizierungssystems der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen (DGNB) gemäß dem Kriterienkatalog Gebäude Neubau 2018 und dem Nutzungsprofil Neubau Bildungsbauten (NBI) geplant und ausgeführt. Des Weiteren wird für das Gebäude eine QNG-Zertifizierung angestrebt.
