Description

Die Ertüchtigung beinhaltet die Umsetzung der erforderlichen Brandschutzmaßnahmen, die energetische Sanierung und die Beseitigung baulicher Mängel. Der Schulstandort Mannabergschule ist eine Grundschule mit ca. 225 Kindern. Insgesamt 12 Klassen der Stufen 1 bis 4 sind in dem Schulgebäude im Jahnweg im westlichen Teil Rauenbergs untergebracht. Hauptmassen: - Rohrleitung ca. 2800 m. - Dämmung ca. 2800 m. - Deckenstrahlplatten ca. 600 m². - Heizkörper 18 Stück. - Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe 1 Stück. - Pufferspeicher 1 Stück. - Druckhaltung 1 Stück. - Regelung Wärmepumpe.
