Description

Ertüchtigung Flughafentunnel B312 Die FSG ist Betreiber des Flughafentunnels B312 zwischen Filderstadt-Bernhausen u. Plieningen. Straßenbaulastträger ist das LRA Esslingen. Im Zuge der Untersuchungen wurde festgestellt, dass der Tunnel über eine veraltete u. zum Teil nicht RABT- bzw. EABT-80/100-konforme bauliche u. betriebstechnische Ausstattung verfügt. Um den Risikoerwartungswert auf das erforderliche Niveau abzumindern, sind umfangreiche Erneuerungs- u. Ertüchtigungsmaßnahmen im Bereich der elektromaschinellen Tunnelausstattung und das Nachrüsten einer Brandbekämpfungsanlage durchzuführen. Für die Löschwasserbevorratung und die Unterbringung der Pumpenanlagen wird ein sogenanntes Pumpenhaus, bestehend aus Pumpenraum und Löschwasserbecken, errichtet. Im Bereich der Tunnelportale sind bauliche Maßnahmen für Schrankenanlagen, Höhenkontrollen, Verkehrszeichen, etc. vorgesehen. Die Gesamtmaßnahme ist in folgende 5 Lose unterteilt: Los 1: Elektrotechnik BTA Los 2: Brandbekämpfungsanlage (HDWNA) Los 3: Bauliche Maßnahmen Los 4: Sanierung Brandschutzputz Tunneldecke Los 5: Neubau Pumpenhaus (Löschwasserbecken und Pumpenraum) Los 2: Brandbekämpfungsanlage Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Herstellung, Lieferung, betriebsfertige Montage und Inbetriebnahme einer Brandbekämpfungsanlage in Form einer Hochdruckwassernebelanlage. Der Tunnel weist eine Länge von 509 m auf. Die lichte Breite in den Regelquerschnitten variiert zwischen 8,40 m im alten Tunnelteil und 11,50 m im neuen Tunnelteil. Der Zugang zum Tunnel und zum Betriebsgebäude erfolgt landseitig. Der Zugang zum Pumpenhaus erfolgt luftseitig, d.h., die Arbeiten im und am Pumpenhaus finden im Sicherheitsbereich des Flughafens Stuttgart statt. Eine detaillierte Beschreibung des Flughafentunnels B312 und der Maßnahmen ist in den beiliegenden, informatorischen Vergabeunterlagen enthalten. Die Lose 1 und 3 bis 5 werden gesondert ausgeschrieben. Bauausführung Januar bis August 2027 unter Vollsperrung des Tunnels - siehe Terminplan.
