Die Stadtwerke Barsinghausen GmbH hat sich entschieden, ein neues "Wasserwerk Eckerde" zu bauen. Die Baustelle, die Gründung befindet sich genau gegenüber der bestehenden Trinkwasseraufbereitungsanlage Eckerde. Das neue Wasserwerk ist nach dem Stand der Technik geplant bzw. verfahrenstechnisch auszurüsten. Der Leistungsumfang dieser Ausschreibung bezieht sich auf die Netzersatzanlage. Die Netzersatzanlage (NEA) wird als Containeraggregat mit Dieselmotor ausgeführt. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Dokumentation einer stationären Netzersatzanlage (Notstromanlage) für das neu zu errichtende Wasserwerk Eckerde der Stadtwerke Barsinghausen GmbH. Die Netzersatzanlage ist als Containeraggregat mit Dieselmotor auszuführen und dient der Sicherstellung der Stromversorgung des Wasserwerks bei Ausfall des öffentlichen Stromnetzes. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere die Lieferung eines Notstromaggregats mit einer Leistung von ca. 1.250 kVA, die erforderliche Steuerungs- und Schalttechnik, den Aggregatecontainer einschließlich Kraftstofflagerung, Zu- und Abluftanlage, Abgasanlage, Verkabelung, Potentialausgleich, Montage, Inbetriebnahme, Einweisung des Betriebspersonals sowie die Erstellung der vollständigen Bestands- und Revisionsdokumentation. Die Anlage muss einen vollautomatischen Netzersatzbetrieb gewährleisten und den einschlägigen technischen Regelwerken und Normen entsprechen.
