Description

Die Maßnahme besteht aus der umfassenden Sanierung und Aufstockung des Westflügels des Theaters Münster. Der bestehende, denkmalgeschützte Verwaltungsbau wird in allen Geschossen von Untergeschoss bis 4. Obergeschoss energetisch und technisch saniert. Darüber hinaus wird auf dem Bestandsgebäude ein neues fünftes Obergeschoss in Holz-Hybridbauweise errichtet. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Rückbau und Neuerrichtung der Elektrotechnischen Anlagen und Nachrichtentechnischen Anlagen. Ergänzung und Erneuerung der elektrotechnischen Anlagen und Verteilnetze, Erneuerung und Installation von Beleuchtung und Sicherheitsbeleuchtung, Erweiterung der Blitzschutz- und Erdungsanlage, Errichtung einer Photovoltaikanlage 67 kWp, Erweiterung der Brandmeldeanlage und Alarmierungsanlage, Anteilige Installation des Antennensystems einer Objektfunkanlage, Aufbau und Erweiterung einer strukturierten LAN-Verkabelung.
