The Gemeinschaftskrankenhaus Havelhöhe in Berlin-Kladow is procuring the installation of structured LAN and WLAN cabling inside its campus buildings. The hospital currently operates a historically grown, largely undocumented telecommunications network of copper and fibre optic cables that has reached its physical limits in terms of modern network requirements and required transmission bandwidths. In a preceding project, the connection of the individual buildings to the central server room was achieved using microduct systems and new fibre optic cables, which were routed into the basements and coiled on rings. The contracting buyer is the hospital; the place of performance is Berlin-Kladow.
