Bauleistungen Schreinerarbeiten Möbel i.R.d. BV Neubau Seniorenwohn- und Pflegeheim an der Tauernstraße der Münchenstift GmbH (im Folgenden: AG) Der AG plant im Stadtbezirk Untergiesing - Harlaching auf dem Grundstück Fl. Nr. 12916 Gemeinde München, Gemarkung München S. 7 an der Tauernstraße 11 / Ecke Grünwalder Straße die Neuerrichtung eines Seniorenwohn- und Pflegeheims als Ersatz für das im Nachgang abzubrechende bestehende Pflegeheim. Dieser Neubau umfasst ein vollstationäres Pflegeheim mit ca. 258 Pflegeplätzen sowie eine Tagespflege für ca. 20 Personen. Die Pflegeplätze sind aufgeteilt in 15 Wohngruppen, wobei wiederum in jedem Regelgeschoß je 3 Wohngruppen untergebracht werden. Ferner beinhaltet das Gebäude einen Ambulanten Pflegedienst, Foyer/ Empfang, Cafeteria, eine Großküche, Verwaltung, Technikräume, Lager und Umkleideräume, sowie extern vermietete Flächen für Frisör, Physio- und eine Arztpraxis. Die Errichtung des Neubaus erfolgt in einem Bauabschnitt. Nach Bezug des Neubaus wird das direkt angrenzende Bestandsgebäude mit dem bisherigen Pflegeheim abgerissen. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens sind die Bauleistungen des Gewerks Schreinerarbeiten Möbel für den Neubau mit folgendem Umfang: - Sitzbank Wohngruppe 1 Abm. ca. 5,45x1,50x0,70m 5 Stk - Sitzbank Wohngruppe 2 Abm. ca. 5,45x1,50x0,70m 5 Stk. - Sitzbank mit Rückwand, Seitenbeplankungen Wohngruppe 3 Abm. Eckausbildung 90 Grad (LxTxH) ca. 3,575+1,60x0,55/0,66x1,20 m 5 Stk. - Küchenzeile Teeküche Wohngruppe 1 Abm. ca. 1,75x2,60m 5 Stk. - Küchenzeile Teeküche Wohngruppe 2 Abm. ca. 1,75x2,60m 5 Stk. - Küchenzeile Teeküche Wohngruppe 3 Abm. ca. 1,60x2,60m 5 Stk. - Teeküche L-förmig Stützpunkt OG Abm. ca. 1,70+2,4x2,20m 5 Stk. - Einbauschrankanlage Bewohnerzimmer EG-5.OG Abm. ca. 1,15x2,35x0,60 m 98 Stk. - Raumtrenner mit Schränke, Sitzbänke und Abkofferung, Wohngruppe 1 Abm. ca. 4,75x2,60x0,78m 5 Stk. - Raumtrenner mit Schrank und Rückwand, Sitzbank, Seitenbeplankungen und Abkofferung, Wohngruppe 1 Abm. ca. 2,75x2,60x1,19m 5 Stk. - Raumtrenner mit Schränke, Sitzbänke und Abkofferung, Wohngruppe 2 Abm. ca. 4,75x2,60x0,78m 5 Stk. - Spiegel Garderobe Bewohnerzimmer EG-5.OG Abm. ca.0,90x1,575 m 98 Stk. - Regal Bewohnerzimmer EG-5.OG Abm. ca. 0,60x2,35x0,30 m 98 Stk - Wandverkleidung Seekiefer Tagespflege EG Höhe ca. 2,85m 35 m2 - UK Loggiaboden UK Konstruktionsvollholz (KVH) einlagig D ca. 60mm B ca. 100mm 33 m2
