Wohnhaus GBO - Bau von zwei Aufzügen Im Zuge der geplanten Sanierung und Umstrukturierung von 2 Mehrfamilienhäuser Offenbach ist vorgesehen, für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen vor den Gebäuden Vorder- u nd Hinterhaus im Außenbereich je eine Aufzugsanlage anzuordnen. D ie Aufzugsanlagen befinden sich gemäß Objektplanung in nicht beheizten Betonschächten. Diese sind jeweils etagenweise über Laubengänge zu den Gebäuden angebunden . Die neu zu installierenden Aufzugsanlagen werden als Personenaufzüge mit einer Tragfähigkeit von 630 kg o der 8 Personen bzw. 3 20 kg oder 4 Personen, maschinenraumlos ausgelegt. D er Antrieb befindet sich im Schachtkopf und die Aufzugssteuerung temperaturbedingt im Technikraum des Gewerks Elektro in UG. Aufhängung Fahrkorb und Gegengewicht 2 :1. D ie neuen Aufzugsanlagen sollen als moderne Personenaufzüge nach EN8 1-20/50 und EN8 1-70 mit frequenzgeregeltem getriebelosem Antrieb (g earless- A ntrieb , Anordnung Fahrkorb und Gegengewicht 2 :1) a usgeführt werden. K ompromisse in den Fahreigenschaften werden dabei nicht zugelassen. Es gelten in jedem Fall die Vorgaben im Leistungsverzeichnis.
