Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Planung, Lieferung, Montage und betriebsfertige Inbetriebnahme von insgesamt 14 Aufzugsanlagen unterschiedlicher Nutzung (Personen-, Logistik- und Aufzüge für AEMP-Bereiche) Zusätzlich umfasst der Auftrag insbesondere: • Wartungsleistungen für 4 Jahre (zzgl. optional 1 Jahr Verlängerung) • Bauaufzugslösungen während der Bauphase • Liftmanagement- und Monitoringsystem • Schutzauskleidungen sowie ergänzende Nebenleistungen • Personenbefreiung und Störungsbeseitigung Technische Anforderungen (Auszug): • Seilaufzüge mit Traglasten bis 2.500 kg und moderner Antriebstechnik • Umsetzung aktueller Normen (u. a. DIN EN 81-Reihe, Brandfallsteuerung, Erdbebensicherheit) • Barrierefreie Ausführung gemäß DIN EN 81-70 • Vandalismusschutz und erhöhte Anforderungen an Schall- und Brandschutz • Integration von Notrufsystemen, Entrauchung und Gebäudeleittechnik Besondere Anforderungen: • Einhaltung der Nachhaltigkeitskriterien nach DGNB (Gesundheitsbauten) • Verwendung umweltverträglicher und zertifizierter Bauprodukte • Einbindung in komplexe Krankenhauslogistik (inkl. FTS-Schnittstellen bei Teilanlagen) ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Das Robert Bosch Krankenhaus ist gemäß § 99 Abs. 4 GWB kein öffentlicher Auftraggeber, jedoch durch Förderungen des Landes Baden Württemberg an das Vergaberecht gebunden. Ein Versand von Planunterlagen zur Kalkulation der Angebote erfolgt erst nach Rücklauf einer unterschriebenen Verschwiegenheitserklärung. Diese liegt den Vergabeunterlagen bei.
