Description

Klärschlammverwertungsanlage Technische Ausstattung Der Zweckverband zur kommunalen Klärschlammverwertung Thüringen beabsichtigt, eine Monoklärschlammverwertungsanlage (MKVA) mit einer Kapazität von 70.000 tOS/a zu errichten und zu betreiben. In der Anlage sollen die im Verbandsgebiet anfallenden Klärschlämme thermisch verwertet werden. Die Anlage hat eine qualitativ hochwertige Asche zu erzeugen, welche für einen nachgeschalteten Prozess des Phosphorrecyclings geeignet ist. Das P-Recycling ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten. Die neu zu errichtende MKVA am Standort Ronneburg • hat 16.340 tTR/a bzw. 70.000 tOS/a ohne den Einsatz externer (fossiler) Energieträger zu verwerten, • hat eine Klärschlammasche mit Phosphor zu erzeugen, die zum weiteren P-Recycling durch Dritte geeignet ist, • hat die Einhaltung der Emissionsgrenzwerte der aktuellen, novellierten 17. BImSchV sicherzustellen, • hat in der Lage zu sein mit einer Dampfturbine aus der Abwärme Strom zu erzeugen und überschüssige Wärme auszukoppeln. Diese Ausschreibung betrifft nur die Lieferung und Montage/Installation der technischen Ausstattung auf der Grundlage einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung. Näheres s. Verfahrenshinweise
