Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Sanitärarbeiten HLS-Arbeiten für den Masterplan Brockdorf mit Erweiterungs- und Umbaumaßnahmen der Grundschule Brockdorf, sowie des Vereinshauses GW Brockdorf und Neubau Kindergarten Brockdorf mit Mensa. Leistungsumfang u. a.: •Luft/Wasser-Wärmepumpenanlagen als Kaskadensystem mit Pufferspeichern und Nahwärmeleitungen •Fußbodenheizungen inkl. Heizkreisverteiler •Heizungs-, Trinkwasser- und Abwasserinstallationen in Edelstahl- und PE-Rohrsystemen •Dezentrale und zentrale Warmwasserbereitung •Zentrale und dezentrale Lüftungsanlagen mit Wärmerückgewinnung •Luftkanal-, Wickelfalzrohr-, Brandschutz- und Schalldämpfersysteme •Sanitäre Einrichtungsgegenstände inkl. WC-Anlagen, barrierefreier Sanitärbereiche und Trennwandanlagen •Kernbohrungen, Brandschutzabschottungen und Demontagearbeiten im Bestand •Mobile Baustellenheizung während der Umbauphase Wesentliche Massen: •2 Luft/Wasser-Wärmepumpen als Kaskadenanlage mit je ca. 50 kW Heizleistung •2 Pufferspeicher mit je 3.000 l sowie 1 Pufferspeicher mit ca. 1.500 l Inhalt •ca. 370 m Nahwärmeleitungen zur Gebäudeanbindung und Wärmepumpenanbindung •ca. 17.700 m Fußbodenheizungsrohr inkl.
