Description

Die GESOBAU AG beabsichtigt die Instandsetzung und Modernisierung der Wohnhausgruppe 3246. Die Wohnhausgruppe 3246 umfasst die Häuser 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11.1 und 12. Das im 19. Jh. als Rieselgut entwickelte Stadtgut Hellersdorf soll zu einem neuen, aktiven und attraktiven Zentrum für die angrenzende Wohnbebauung mit Kultur, Arbeit und Freizeit entwickelt werden. Das bestehende Gebäudeensemble wird saniert und durch öffentliche, multifunktionale Platz- und Gartenflächen, ergänzt. Die hier beschriebenen Leistungen betreffen die Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Lüftungsinstallation für die Häuser 5, 6, 7 und 11.1. Folgende Leistungen sind geplant: - Kompletterneuerung der Sanitärinstallation (Abwasser, Regenwasser, Trinkwasser) - Kompletterneuerung der Heizungsinstallation (HASTen FW, Verteilungsnetzte, Heizflächen) - Kompletterneuerung der Lüftungsinstallation (Einzel- und Zentrallüfter) - Kompletterneuerung der Hausanschlüsse (TW, SW, RW, FW) Leistungsumfang: - ca. 95 St. Flachheizkörper inkl. Zubehör liefern und einbauen - ca. 10 St. Gliederheizkörper inkl.
