Description

Heizanlagen und zentrale Wassererwärmungsanlagen (DIN 18 380); Dämm- und Brandschutzarbeiten an technischen Anlagen (DIN 18 421); Umfangreiche Kältetechnik für den Neubau eines Forschungsgebäudes für das Giessen Center for Electrochemical Materials Research (GC-ElMaR). Der geplante Gebäudekomplex besteht aus zwei aufgehenden Geschossen und einer Teilunterkellerung sowie eines eingeschossigen Anbaus Das Untergeschoss dient der Erschließung zur Ver- und Entsorgung sowie Sanitärbereiche für das Personal und Lagerräume. Die Nutzung der Obergeschosse gliedert sich jeweils in einen Büro-/Sozial- sowie einen Laborbereich. Die Bruttogeschossfläche (BGF R+S) beträgt: ca. 9.300 m2, der Bruttorauminhalt (BRI-R): ca. 45.200 m3. Die Technische Gebäudeausrüstung befindet sich überwiegend im Untergeschoss, sowie in Teilen auf der Dachfläche
