Description

Die Stadt Winterberg beabsichtigt, das bestehende Geschwister-Scholl- Gymnasium zu erweitern, um die Schullandschaft an die Anforderungen moderner Pädagogik anzupassen (Stichwort: Cluster-Schule) und räumliche Engpässe zu beheben. Der Neubau ist als Betonkonstruktion mit Verblendmauerwerk geplant. Gegründet wird auf Fels und teils auf nicht tragfähigem Untergrund. Um diesen zu ertüchtigen sollen Rüttelstopfsäulen den Untergrund wirtschaftlich nachverdichten und tragfähig machen. Die Unterrichtsräume haben drei Meter lichte Raumhöhe mit jeweils zwei großen rechteckigen dreiteiligen Holz-Alu-Fenstern und außenliegendem Sonnenschutz. Das Dach wird als begrüntes Flachdach ausgeführt. Im Inneren haben die Räume eine akustisch wirksame Abhangdecke und einen elastischen Bodenbelag. Für den Neubau wird ein KfW40 Standard angestrebt. Die Wärmeerzeugung erfolgt über Luft Wärme Pumpen. Als Wärmeabgabeflächen werden Fußbodenheizung sowie Heizkörper in Kombination angestrebt. Die innenliegenden Sanitärräume werden mit einer Lüftungsanlage versehen, alle übrigen Räume haben Fensterlüftung. - Volumen Bodenplatte: ca. 315m³ WU Beton C30/37 - Fläche Filigrandeckenplatten: 3.900m² - Volumen Betonwände: 1.200m³ Beton C30/37 - Volumen Betonstabstahl: ca. 175t - Volumen Mattenstahl: ca. 105t - Fläche Mauerwerk 24er KS: 660m²
