Zentralisiertes Datenbankenmanagementsystem Küstenschutz MV mit internen und externen Ablage- und Abfragemöglichkeiten Das Staatliche Amt für Landwirtschaft und Umwelt Mittleres Mecklenburg (StALU MM) ist die für den landeseigenen Küstenschutz zuständige Fachbehörde des Landes Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Die Abteilung Küste erfasst, verwaltet und analysiert eine Vielzahl von Daten, die im Zusammenhang mit Planung, Bau, Unterhaltung und Dokumentation der Küstenschutzanlagen stehen. Diese Daten liegen in verschiedenen Formaten und Systemen vor und reichen von technischen Vermessungen über Planungsunterlagen und Gutachten bis hin zu umfangreichen Foto-, Video- und Geodatenarchiven. Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist nun die Entwicklung und Implementierung eines einheitlichen Informationssystems, das sämtliche relevanten Datenbestände zusammenführt, strukturiert, langfristig sichert und effizient zugänglich macht. Damit soll eine zentrale Grundlage geschaffen werden, um künftige Fachaufgaben - insbesondere Planung, Bauwerksmanagement und Dokumentation - digital, transparent und standardisiert zu unterstützen. Die Maßnahme dient demnach der Digitalisierung und teilautomatisierten Bereitstellung sämtlicher im Küstenschutz erhobenen Umwelt- und technischen Daten. Das System soll eine effiziente, behördenübergreifende Nutzung ermöglichen und damit die Geschäftsprozesse der Küstenschutzverwaltung nachhaltig modernisieren. Die Maßnahme wird im Rahmen des Modernisierungs- und Optimierungskonzepts (MOK) des Landes Mecklenburg-Vorpommern gefördert. Dieses Programm dient der Verwaltungsmodernisierung, Digitalisierung und Effizienzsteigerung innerhalb der Landesverwaltung. Das Projekt "MOK Datenbank Küstenschutz MV" ist Teil des strategischen Ziels Digitalisierte StÄLU 2030.
