Germany - IT services - Implementation of data science projects

The German Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS) in Germany is procuring ongoing support for its data laboratory in implementing concrete data science use cases. A framework contract is planned with an estimated total volume of around 1,200 project days for 24 months (01.10.2026 to 30.09.2028), with a one-time option to extend. Projects are expected in two areas: data analysis and visualisation (e.g. dashboards), and innovative applications in automation and AI (e.g. based on LLM). The contractor is responsible for the full process chain, from understanding and preparing data, agile development leadership and programming, quality assurance, delivery of the final data product, to documentation.
