Description

Beschafft wird ein 3D-Drucksystem auf Basis des Material Jetting-Verfahrens zur additiven Herstellung keramischer Bauteile mit hoher Maßhaltigkeit und Detailauflösung. Das System arbeitet nach dem Prinzip des schichtweisen Aufbaus aus einer wasserbasierten keramischen Suspension (Slurry), die gezielt über Düsen aufgetragen wird. Der Aufbau des Bauteils erfolgt schichtweise durch die präzise Tintenstrahl-Applikation einer keramischen Suspension. Jede aufgebrachte Schicht wird unmittelbar anschließend durch thermische Trocknung verfestigt. Dieser Vorgang wird automatisiert wiederholt, bis das vollständige Bauteil erzeugt ist. Das System ist sowohl für den industriellen Einsatz als auch für Forschungs- und Entwicklungszwecke konzipiert. Es ermöglicht die wirtschaftliche Herstellung von Funktionsprototypen, Kleinserien sowie komplexen keramischen Komponenten mit hohen Anforderungen an Präzision, Dichte und Oberflächenqualität. Neben der Anlage sind Service-, Wartungs-, Schulungs-, Transportkosten, sowie die Kosten für die Inbetriebnahme inkludiert.
