CZ-Puller/Kristallisationsanlage Das Fraunhofer CSP entwickelt und optimiert Kristallisationsprozesse und wird mit diesen Kompetenzen im Rahmen des Projekts SiMatPV 1 den Aufbau einer Silizium Materialplattform zur Herstellung von Ingots und Wafern mit modernsten Anlagen mitwirken und dabei konkret Räume, Medien und wissenschaftliche Betreuung bereitstellen sowie die neuen Linien betreiben und Prozessdaten zur Anlagenoptimierung liefern. Vor diesem Hintergrund soll ein neu entwickelter CZ Puller/eine Kristallisationsanlage für große Ingots ab 800 kg beschafft und vor Ort betrieben und optimiert werden.
