Lieferung von naturbelassenen Waldhackschnitzel frei Heizwerk laut Definition § 27 Abs. 4 Nr. II EEG 2009 Qualität der Hackschnitzel nach Din CEN/TS 14961 Tabelle 7: P100,M55, A3.0, Feinanteil<5% <1mm und nach Tabelle C. 3 Ausgeschrieben sind Waldhackschnitzel also keine Hackschnitzel aus der Landschaftspflege, Pappel und Thujaholz. Bei Lieferverzögerung ist keine Nachlieferung möglich. Die Waren Disposition erfolgt durch die BWA wöchentlich. Zahlungsbedingungen: Monatliche Abrechnung, Rechnungsstellung durch AN Zahlungsfrist 14 Tage nach Rechnungseingang bei der BWA.
