Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist ein EVB-IT Dienstleistungsvertrag zur Durchführung von Agententätigkeiten im Rahmen eines IT User Help Desk (UHD) für die einem Managed Service unterliegenden, von Dataport betriebenen und betreuten PC-Arbeitsplätze. Der UHD leistet technischen Fachsupport und verfügt über Erstlösungskompetenz bei den betreuten PC-Arbeitsplätzen.
