Description

Auf der Liegenschaft Örtzetal-Kaserne soll eine neue Wärmeerzeugungsanlage zur zentralen Wärmeversorgung der vorhandenen Bundeswehrkasernen in Munster Süd erstellt werden. Diese Wärmeerzeugungsanlage besteht aus einer zentralen Wärmeversorgungsanlage (ZVA) sowie einem dazugehörigen Holzhackschnitzellager (HHS). Hiermit werden die beiden Holzhackschnitzelkesselanlagen sowie zugehöriger Brennstoffförderung, Ascheaustragung und Abgasbehandlung ausgeschrieben. Installation von 2x2MW HHS Kessel inkl. Fördertechnik und weiterer Nebenleistungen. Die Grund- und Mittellast soll lastabhängig über einen kombinierten Betrieb von 3 BHKW-Anlagen (3 x ca. 390 kW th) und 2 Holzhackschnitzelkesseln (2 x ca. 2,0 MW th) abgedeckt werden. Dabei sind die HHS-Kessel modulierend zwischen Vollast (100 %) und Kleinstlast zu betreiben. Die mögliche Dauer-Kleinstlast des HHS-Kessels darf nicht größer sein als 30 %. Für die Spitzenlastabdeckung sind zwei Erdgaskessel (1 x 3,8 MW th + 1 x 7,2 MW th) vorgesehen. Ein Pufferspeicher mit einem Volumen von 100 m³ dient als hydraulische Weiche und zum Ausgleich von Schwankungen auf Erzeuger- und Verbraucherseite.
