Description

Die Stadt Neutraubling plant die Sanierung der 3-fach Turnhalle der Mittelschule und einen Erweiterungsbau. Hierzu wurde im Oktober 2023 eine Machbarkeitsstudie erstellt. In dieser wurde der Sanierungsstau deutlich: das Gebäude entspricht nicht mehr heutigen Standards, Auflagen, Normen und Richtlinien. Barrierefreiheit, Inklusion und Diversität sind lediglich begrenzt umgesetzt. Daher wird eine nachhaltige Generalsanierung angestrebt. Die geschätzten Kosten belaufen sich für die Sanierung mit Erweiterungsbau auf ca. 12,66 Mio € brutto (Stand 2023). FAG-Fördermittel für die Sanierung sollen beantragt werden. Die Turnhalle wird sowohl im Schulbetrieb als auch nach Schulschluss von verschiedenen Vereinen für sportliche Aktivitäten genutzt, so dass eine weitere Halleneinheit zusätzliche Belegkapazitäten schaffen wird. Aus energetischen und ökologischen Gründen soll zudem eine Photovoltaikanlage auf dem Hallendach installiert werden. Auf Wunsch der Vereine soll die sanierte Halle wieder mit einer ausziehbaren Tribüne für einen Hallenteil ausgestattet werden. Zu vergebende Leistungen: Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 4, 5 anteilig, 6 anteilig, 7 bei Bedarf anteilig und 8 anteilig gem. $53 HOAI 2021.
