Description

Die Duisburger Verkehrsgesellschaft AG plant gemeinsam mit der Stadt Duisburg/ Amt für Stadtplanung und Projektmanagement, mit finanzieller Unterstützung des Bundes und Landes Nordrhein- Westfalen, den barrierefreien Ausbau der Stadtbahnlinie U79, auf der Düsseldorfer Straße in Duisburg Wanheimerort. Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen beinhalten den barrierefreien Ausbau der Haltestelle Kulturstraße und damit verbunden den Neubau der Gleisanlagen sowie die Erneuerung der Lichtsignalanlagen und taktilen Leitelemente am Verkehrsknoten Düsseldorfer/ Buchholz- bzw. Nikolaistraße. Mit dem geplanten Neubau der Haltestelle Kulturstraße (Mittelbahnsteig, 60,0 m Nutzlänge, Auftritt 95 cm), entfällt der heutige Standort, die neuen Zuwegungen zur Stadtbahnhaltestelle verschieben sich in Richtung der südlichen Überfahrt Buchholz-/ Nikolaistraße.
