Description

Die drei Krankenhäuser Aurich, Emden, Norden sollen zu einer Klinik zusammengeführt werden. Geplant ist Bau eines aufgelösten Komplexes aus mehreren Gebäuden mit den dazugehörigen Verkehrs-, Park- und Freiflächen Mit der Zentralklinik entsteht ein Haus auf einem 36 Hektar großen Areal in Uthwerdum. Das Baugrundstück befindet sich bei Uthwerdum / Südbrookmerland im Landkreis Aurich in Ostfriesland. Die Erschließung des Geländes erfolgt über die südlich angrenzenden Bundesstraßen B72 und B21. Bestandteil der Ausschreibung ist der Aufbau einer Bauwasserversorgung. Für die Bauwasserversorgung wird durch das Wasserversorgungsunternehmen ein zentrale Übergabe-/Anschlusspunkt bereitgestellt. Von hier aus erfolgt der Aufbau der Bauwasserversorgung über Unterflurhydranten mit entsprechendem Steigrohr. Weitere Angaben gemäß einzelner Positionen der Leistungsbeschreibung. Baustelleneinrichtung für die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen Trockenbauarbeiten in Geschossen 2.OG-6.OG, Bauteil Somatik Trochenbauwände gesamt ca. 35700 m2 Decken gesamt Hauptflächen ca. 18600 m2 Hohlböden ca. 45 m2
