Description

Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um ein neu zu errichtendes Schulgebäude, das als bauliche Anlage besonderer Art oder Nutzung (Sonderbau) einzuordnen ist. Das Gebäude ist baurechtlich in die Gebäudeklasse 5 einzustufen. Das Gebäude ist als hybride Holzkonstruktion geplant, nur die Bauteile, die der horizontalen Aussteifung dienen, sind in Stahlbeton geplant. Das Holztragwerk ist als Skelettbau und die Geschossdecken sind als Holzrippenkonstruktion geplant und bestehen aus Hauptunterzügen, die in Ost-West-Richtung verlaufen sowie aus einer Brettsperrholzdecke. Angrenzend an das Baugrundstück besteht bereits eine Schule, bestehend aus Hauptgebäude, Pavillons, Mensa / Ottoneum und Sporthalle. Das in die Jahre gekommene Ensemble wird aufgegeben und durch den Neubau auf dem östlich an die Schule angrenzenden Baugrundstück ersetzt. Die bestehende Sporthalle, die Mensa und das sogenannte Ottoneum (Musikpavillon) werden saniert und in das Gesamtkonzept integriert. Trennwände ca. 4.660 m², Vorsatzschalen bis 3,5 m ca. 2.380 m², Schachtwände bis 3,5 m ca. 420 m², Vorsatzschalen mit Lehmbauplatten ca. 20 m², Trennwände mit Lehmbauplatten ca. 3.180 m², Installationsvorwände Lehmbauplatten ca. 2.890 m² Feuerschutzbekleidung ca. 510 m², Deckenkoffer ca. 570 m², Oberflächenspachtelung Q2 ca. 3.110 m², Lehmfarbputz teilw. mit Armierung ca. 13.930 m³, Glastrennwände ca. 340 m², Pfosten-Riegel-Windfang 2 St
